Medical Insurance

As a federally-recognized Community Health Center, SVT Health & Wellness accepts traditional health insurances and governmental programs.

SVT Health & Wellness does not accept Self-Funded Plans, Reference-Based Pricing or Cost-Sharing Plans.  Patients may request a copy of their Superbill to submit to these plans for personal reimbursement.

Dental Insurance

Alaska Medicaid, Denali KidCare and private insurance are accepted.

Uninsured?

SVT Health & Wellness does not refuse medical and dental services to anyone based on ability to pay. Our on-site Enrollment Specialists can help you determine your eligibility for various programs offered by the State of Alaska and the Federal Government. We offer discounts based on household size and income.

Eligibility for discounts requires annual income verification. If your income status changes during the year you may update your information. Click here for a fillable patient information form.
