SVT Health & Wellness is deemed a Federally Qualified Community Health Center.

SVT Health & Wellness receives federal funding from Health and Human Services and is covered under the FTCA (Federal Tort Claims Act). Additionally, we have Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims for our facilities and our covered individuals, including medical malpractice claims.

As a federally qualified Community Health Center providing services to everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, and income, SVT Health & Wellness offers medical and dental services at a significantly reduced rate to qualifying patients based on household size and income.

To protect patient privacy and maintain a safe and confidential environment, SVT Health & Wellness Health Center prohibits all photography, video, and audio recording within and outside all clinic facilities, including Seldovia Village Tribe properties. This policy applies to all devices, including cameras, cell phones, smartphones, tablets, and any other recording equipment. No exceptions are made without prior consent and supervision from the site Director or Manager. Clinic staff, doctors, and other providers are not authorized to grant permission for photography or recording within our facilities. They are also authorized to enforce this policy. For questions or concerns about this policy, please speak with an SVT Health & Wellness Director or on-site Manager. To obtain copies, electronic images, or other records of your medical visits, please log in to your Healow account or contact us to access your medical records.
