Our on-site Care and Outreach Coordinators will help you determine your eligibility for various programs offered by the State of Alaska and the Federal Government. If you do not qualify, we offer discounts sponsored by the Health Resources & Services Administration. Discounts for service are based on family size and income. Base rates are calculated using national poverty levels as adjusted for Alaska and extend up to 200%.

SVT Health & Wellness does not refuse medical services to anyone based on ability to pay. To continue to qualify for discounts SVT Health & Wellness requires income verification once per year.
